Unless I'm mistaken that car was going straight (meaning not changing laines) so how the hell did he clip it? Then why did he go straight into the back of another car? I guessing he might not be the best rider out there, average at best. He's a fool for running from the police. Just stop and take your lumps. Unless your in SD and don't feel like getting shot over a licence plate mix up.
