I know that the Pit Bull seems to be the best rear stand, but what are the other good ones and where is the best place to get a great deal on one?

Thanks:)

I can't say anything bad about my Pitbull stand. Save yourself the time and effort and just buy a Pitbull. You won't be disappointed.

Oh yeah... since you have the 03 R1 the set will only cost ya $99 plus shipping :rock

Hey GA....:hellobye

How's your new '03? How do you like it compared to the Warrior?

Nevertheless, in my honest opinion, I find Pit Bull to be the best stands on the market. I have had the opportunity to own/experiment with a few others, but Pit Bull surpasses the competition. You will notice that the durability and the thickness of the metal allows you comfort in resting your baby off the ground. Although it is not recommended, the Pit Bull is so durable that you can sit on the bike while supported by the stands. It is well worth the money. :yesnod

As for the best place to purchase it.......call Mike @ McCoy Motorsports: 606-432-1556. I had set up a group buy with him last summer. A lot of members got in on the deal and bought the front & rear stands. If you get the front stand, pay the extra few bucks and get the "Newfront Front Stand". :fact

Ask Mike if you can possibly get close to the group buy price that I set up. He will definitely be glad to help you out. He is a great guy to deal with. :yesnod

Once again, here is his information:

Hey ScorpionR1, I don't have the R1 yet. Supposed to get it this month. Just waiting on the call to say it has been shipped. I will let ya know how it compares to the warrior. They say the Warrior is the R1 of cruisers so I will put that to the test. I will have to give Mike a call. Looks like I should go with the Pit Bull. Oh, BTW what was the price that he gave you? I have asked Chuck Shirley at alpha motorsports (that's where I'm getting the R1) what he can do on stands, so it would be nice to have a price to try to get him to get close to.

Thanks
