he was stupid changing in front of the chopper....i wouldve undressed inside and walked out another door and called a cab down the road. But they probably knew who he was by his tags/VIN anyway, so hes screwed

even if they identified vins he coulda done the bike being stolen thing.

as soon as the chopper lost sight of him he was out of line of site which loses the reasonable doubt that you need to overcome this.

I would have walked through macys buying clothes .... cash, new jeans and a tshirt, or at least just a tshirt.

reasonable doubt .... thats all you need to overthrow a case.
