I did a light search in the Vortex adj. Rearsets but I couldn't find much.

What do you think about them? any reviews?

I actually have them.. but never installed them.. bought them because I was scraping my factory pegs way too much on the track.. but I havent hit the track but once since August.

So I'd love to see the replys.

To be honest though.. they are adjustable rearsets.. really not much to review. I love the craftsmanship of them though. And the pegs look like they have great grip.

I also read that is easier to find parts for the vortex than any other rearsets.

I'm like 99% sure I'm going with them!

Don't know if this helps, but I had them on my 1krr and they worked great. The pegs have some serious grip which I like. And it is true that replacement parts are really easy to find for them.

I actually placed an order for my '07, but one of there reps told me they are still in the anodizing process, so I'm just waiting.

ditto - i have them on my 06. quality is great and the shifting action is dramatically improved. just a tiny tap on the shift lever and it's in the next gear, solidly.

the only thing i don't care for is that in order to get the rear brake light to hook up, you have to buy 2 extra parts at around $40.

I think for the price.. the Vortex are going to be hard to beat.. Graves and other brands are like 50% more.. what do you get for 50% more? They are both made out of aluminum and function well.

I have them and they are great.
You won't find a rearset with more grip.
Unfortunately, I just test crashed them also. They worked great as an extra frame slider, not a single scratch on frame, swing arm or tank.
Replacement parts are easy to get but I was able to bend back in shape, even with the brake lever 180 degrees from original position.

I have vortex on my bike. Grip is probably the best I have come across- they have serrated-esque edges on the little knobby things. They are def. comfortable. They look cool too. My only complaint: there is no return spring for the brake lever. So with some stiff boots, or even on its own, there's some drag.

Picking them up tomorrow... can't wait!

I'll post pics after installation ;)

Do you guys actually use the rear break that much?
I'm forcing myself to use it...

Have them on my '06 also....excellent feel & smooth shifting. Grip...OMG, put it this way...you can grate cheese on these damn things fellas! Ya feet aint going anywhere unless you move them. Quality & craftsmanship are top notch....they look great.:thumbup

Vortex's are GREAT for the track since most tracks have replacement pegs/rods/guards right there that you can buy. Companies like Cycle Cat, Sato, Graves, etc will send you the part next day air if you ask for it, but that's not going to help you in the middle of a Heat during a WERA/CCS race.
