It only lasted a handful of laps before eventually shaking itself to bits. But the interesting conclusion was the power being sapped by the balancer. I and others have seen bearing wear issues on the balancer shaft but in itself, it is not hugely heavy. As i did not test this personally i am always a little sceptical.
