I think those guys are riding in Greece. Im down for charging and pushing it a bit but that straight stoopid... for what end justifies that.

The guy locking the rear then throwing the clutch. What a dick. If I was his bike I would want to punch him in the throat.

I like to ride pretty hard thru the canyons. But I make sure I don't cross the double yellow at all. That was a bit too wreckless for my taste. It takes more skill to negotiate those turns at those speeds within the narrow single lane IMO.

Camera view gives you a complete different POV. I've done the same stuff in the past. It looks terrifying on film but irl you have a complete different pov. You can see all through the turns and cutt the off doing so. Ok, this behaviour isn't really the smartest, but these guys obviously know what they are doing.

Ahh no they dont. They "think" they do is the best way to put it, that is until something they dont expect comes along and Wham! Cant control whats going on around you and thats the kicker Im sorry to say.

If they keep pushing it like they are the Darwinism Theory will eventually take hold and no skill will save them. Maybe they go years without a disaster happening but it will happen no doubt.

Agreed, the speeds arent all that high really, the camera makes it look worse as you cant even nearly see what they can. I've seen a video of some guy going really slow across the roads we use and it looked like he was flying and doing dangerous stuff, but when you are on the road you can see miles ahead.
The sliding was a little risky maybe, could have ended up crossing lanes in corner doing that, but generally its fast and dangerous, but no biggie

The guy with the camera was riding WAY over his head trying to keep up with his friend with the Duc. Both need to have their legs broken.

Actually they are SBK riders from Greece, yes they are skilled, yes they're crazy. They have more videos floating around.
No they were not riding over their heads. Camera bike was just drifting it in to the corners. Search around and you'll see more videos.

Assuming that's true and they can handle the road...that's great. Show me the dotted line where every other driver on that road signed up to have to deal with it? Skilled drivers and riders can look past thing that would normally scare people out of their wits - sadly the person in a car doing 55 on a turn sees just for a brief instant a bike pass by them at four times the posted speed - who knows their reaction. People do very bad things when they get spooked. The camera doesn't show the results of cars as they pass by.

Stuff like this isn't necessarily always about the rider - more so it involves many more people. If they are apart of SBK I really think they are total asshats. THey should be displaying a level of self control and not dropping vids like this to spur on stupid behavir to those that can't control it.

Never did I say I condoned or agreed with what they were doing. I just gave the back story on the video and the guys in it. I ride agressively in the mountains, but what they are doing is on a whole different level.

um...you can tell by the lean angles, braking, etc that they almost at the limit of what the road allows, which means anything could push them over the limit, and thats all she wrote...yes the camera angle makes it seem like you can't see around some turns, but there was 100 percent some curves they obviously couldn't see around, and at those speeds, even if you can see some of the curve ahead, it don't matter...
