most people can't ride anyways so what's the difference if they ride a harley or a yamaha?
I'm not sure what that means?

The recession hit the local Yamaha dealer pretty hard and most of his sales staff left. He is now solely a Honda dealer.

It depends on when you became a Harley dealer. We are Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, can-am, and Harley. Been a Harley dealer since the mid 70's. Harley doesn't Luke it but nothing they can do but give us a hard time about it.

Ya there is a Harley/Honda dealership by me. Teds Motorcycle World. Just checked and they have Can Am now too.
Yeah Can-Am is doing very well with their Spyders! We have seen about a 200% increase in sales over last year already! They are spending 27 million in advertising this year, they say the average male 21-45 will see their commercial 16 times this year!

I've already seen it probably 20 times and we're only half way through the year...lol Even my boss who is most likely going through a midlife crisis keeps talking about them. Though he says he thinks they are for newbs, I tell him they're better than the scooter he used to have. haha

It wouldn't bother me that much. I would actually like to have all-in-one shop. You can get to see other stuff while you are there. Not that I would buy a Harley, but those Night Rod's and etc. are nice eye candies for sure.

There's a couple of dealers in my area that sell multiple brands:

The best part is that they are less than half a mile from each other. In fact, was in both of them today drooling over a few bikes.

Which is a testament to the fact that many people have no taste what so ever. :no

Everytime I see those Can Am commercials I feel like it's the motorcycle equivalent of Cyalis.

multiple brands I have seen, it is this particular pairing that I haven't seen before (hd/yamaha)

I hope it works out. This particular Harley shop does way more for customer appreciation than the honda/yamaha dealer ever has.
