What's up guys.
So my issue right now is,
the clutch not engaging.
i was removing some bolts from around the clutch cover to paint them, one at a time. I removed and replaced the following bolts.

Anyway now the clutch isn't Engaging, while the engine is off: i put the bike in gear pull the clutch and i cant roll it.

I checked the arrow and the dot on the cover and they are aligned.
I also gave the clutch cable more slack.
I really don't know if i did it the correct way.

Any help is appreciated.

You have to pull the cover back off , the pin inside has notches on it and need to be turned to the left to lign up again

Thanks for the help.
Which cover are you referring to? The small one or big one?
I never removed the big cover. Only single bolts at a time.
Now the small plate i removed all the way.

Ok so just a follow up. I adjusted. My clutch cable at the lever, didn't help, adjusted the cable at the lock screw on the engine side. Didn't seem to work.
did some research and read somewhere, That cold oil may be the issue.
A few weeks ago, I Posted that my local Yamaha gave me the wrong oil. Too thick!!
The Weather has been changing here recently.
So i let my bike warm up to 150° and it worked perfectly. Now i will be changing my oil to the correct specifications.
Thanks for the help.

Since i made some changes to the cable the lever felt a little sensitive, but with sone minor adjustments. I got it back to normal.
