R1 gurus', looking for help here, I have a 07 r1 with the ecu flash (member on here flash for me a while back), bazza full system. Please watch the short video, the engine light go on and in a few min. I lose all throttle respond, so I have to pull over and restart engine. This happen a few time after having the flash for about a month, after than I haven't ride too much due to work. Took it out today and it happen again. Dang it, what can it be? ECU flash problem? Didn't happen before the flash. Any suggestion would be helpful.

Malfunction code: # 15 and 59; the manual say something about throttle position sensor malfunction. I will continue in the meantime to see what's going on.

Im waiting for ides myself. My 07 is stock except for GYTR slip ons and while riding I lose all throttle response like this then the bike kills. Sometimes it starts back up, sometimes not. Did you check your error codes and see what its throwing?

Testing and/or replacing the TPS would be a good place to start. There have been problems associated with 'tapping' the TPS wires for a Power Commander or other fuel controllers.

Finally got time to work on my bike, been busy with work so the bike been sitting for a while since last time.

I found the TPS, I plan to take it out and clean it. But its tight in there, how would you remove it?
