well. she wants $4k but i dunno... she might consider something like $3500. i'd say that $4k is still a pretty good deal though. most of the 600Rs i see in this condition with around 10k miles are going for $4500...

...and i'm also really sorry i couldn't make it this past weekend.
Don't lose any sleep over it.
I don't know if I will be home this weekend or not. I will try if you can come up on Saturday, but I can't make any guarantees. The wife is starting to nag me about selling it tho.

Hey, she likes it Kelley!

Probably won't be until spring before we'll be able to get it though :(
ok shawn. i'm 100% sure my sister won't sell it until next spring so just keep it in mind and remind me about it next march/april or whatever.

It was a sad, SAD, SAD day on Monday indeed, I can't believe what happended!!!:scared

I took my bike out, warmed it up, loaded the bottle of Stabil in the back where the toolkit was and went to the local Amoco. I put some of the Stabil in the gas tank, topped it off with gas and pulled away out of the Amoco station after paying.

I drove my bike around for about 7 miles to get the Stabil worked into the gas tank, and fuel lines, etc. and pulled off on HWY 97 and took that home.

On my way home I drove around Forest Lake a little bit and then was making my way back home when I pulled into the driveway and realized that I was putting my bike away for the season.

I washed her up, took the side ferrings off to clean any rocks, mud, grease, etc. out from the inside, pulled the battery and then put it all back together again. After about 3 hours of cleaning it from top to bottom and making it look better than off the showroom floor...I then went over it one last time with Honda Pro Clean and put her up the rear stand in the corner of the garage for the rest of the season...

:cryin :cryin :cryin

I have exactly 4005 miles on the odometer...

Kelley,

No I didn't change the oil. I only had about 750 miles since my last oil change, and all Ducati's run Mobile 1 synthetic so I am good, it's plenty fresh.

John, I will have to come over and see your new Jeep. Speaking of Jeep and yours being a '99 I still have a brand new in the box soft top boot/cover. It covers the soft top and body sides if you want it.

I also have the nice black aluminum powder coated tubular side steps sitting up in my garage rafters that you can have if you want them...they are in very nice condition...you will have to just purchase the hardware (nuts/bolts) to bolt them up to your Jeep.

I still have to purchase a Factory Ducati 998 bike cover for my 998 at the dealership. Damn embroidered covers are $100.00.

I've actually been eyeing the 2004 Jeep RUBICON for my next vehicle. Although I don't think Bridget will let it fly...

Mopar's got the 7/70,000 mile powertrain warranty, plus they have $1500 rebates and low financing on the Wrangler's right now....

They even have that new Tomb Raider scheme which is kinda cool but a little overkill...
