So I’ve seen several conversion kits for the front of the 2016 R1 to a 2020+ I’m wondering if anyone has any tips or advice for doing a STREET conversion. I have the air duct ready to be ordered and am just trying to figure out what all else I’d need if anyone has some knowledge on this. B3L-2838N-00-00 is the air duct part number I’ve found

For the front do I just need the headlights and the air duct? Or I need the front bracket that mounts the led dash and front cowl?

So just part number B3L-2838N-00-00 and headlights for the front correct?
I believe that’s correct. There’s a new updated part number for it though has a one in it.
Preciate that! I saw something in the thread about the belly pan brackets. Any idea where to find those?
I bought a 2018 R1 track bike and it came with 2022 fairings never thought it would fit. But luckily the previous owner had a facelift track fairing with the 2020+ airduct.
Now just waiting for fairing bracket and exhaust shield bracket to secure the fairings. I got my ECU tucked under fuel tank. Seems like the wire harness is to short to connect the ECU when its on the side.
How is your side fairing fitment? Mines was really tight it just wanna bounce from each other at the under cowl like ot has a breaking point.
