04 R1 suspension settings (any update)

just seeing if there are any info and what might be the best settings for street/aggressive riding.

can't seem to find out on line yet.

rides very well but want it more firmer

doesn't feel good at all going to work today and coming home.
feels like it wants to run wide and harder to throw the ride from side to side.
Would like somes pro here to help

thanks Lespaul66 for posting the info. is this setting used for the track or for the street. can't be too aggressive on the street as you can on the track. sad roads in the Bay Area :(

how can you do 21 on the Rear rebound when the max softest setting is at 20?

thanks, I will set it up tonight. just to make sure that I am going it correctly which I am sure of.
when you say example 17 out from full. you mean like the book says right. turn it clockwise (a) all the way which is the hardest setting then count it from there counter-clockwise. this is correct??

hey, rode to work as always and feels pretty good. better then what I had before. going to see more then I get off of work. I will update your later on but wanted to thank you for your help.
it seems harder to find that sweet spot on the R1 as with my 900RR. it was pretty easy to fine tune it.
