Ar kit is good I hhave it with my 05 cleaned up the stock cans got rid of the tabs for the plaastic covers and blacked them out

Can't go wrong with a a&r baffle kit man. I know the 07 08 has titanium cans... so I just put in the baffles. Best $100 I've ever spent.

Kit didn't fit too well though... had to do a lot of hand fitting. Turns out I wasn't the only one having issues with fitment. I may have gotten mine in a bad batch with qc issues.

Still bad ass once its assembled

 

Kit pretty easy to install? I'm a car mechanic by trade.
The girl is wishful thinking. Wife better never see this.

 

Install is a BREEZE! nothing to it I Believe there is a "how to" here on the forum. Now for me I also shorten mine maybe an inch to flow better with thr tail section

Few cheap mods u can do install smog block offs take out exup. Valve but a pc is recommended air filter

i wouldn't say the a&r baffles are a performance mod, but they sure sound sweet, installation for you should be a breeze, for me it took an entire day. they say to grind out the rivets, but when i did it just melted the excess rivet material to the other material in the cans, it's way easier to drill them out. it would have saved me hours :fact i only ran them for about 5 months before i wrecked hard enough to kill the cans, then i picked up a sweet deal on a used full TI system from a member here. 7 wrecks later, they're still going strong.
