ok first off i can not finish it until i get my front sprocket so im only posting the right side rear set.

quick tips:
1- play with the whole assembly and get used to it first, see all the set ups they have all the bolts then start the job.

when you are taking the master cylinder out, you have to re-use the nut. look at the pic to see how to remove with out braking the rod that goes into the master cylinder. (use the right tools)

once you remove that is cake, remember use LOCK TIE
IM POINTING AT ALL THE PLACES THAT YOU SHOULD USE IT.

the hose that goes from the canester to the master cylinder will kink a bit try to bend the clamp that holds the canester to get rid of the kink.

then finito, job done in one side. looks from up close.

looks from far back. (waiting for OPP Racing Carbon Fiber Body)

Marchesini wheels waiting to be put on.

Arata exhaust and full synthetic oil.

then time to go to sleep.

Cant wait to see pics of the finished product, especially that solo tail! Im ever so slightly jealous, that thing could be a track monster!
i agree with you it could be a track monster but you know how much it would hurt to drop $2300.
this one is my baby, im in the process of getting one or two more bikes.:thumbup

That's awesome man. How did you find the service of OPP, and how was the quality of their product? I have heard some mixed reviews...
well nick and patric which i believe are the two owners, took good care of me, other then once the body got to the US, they would tell me this week would leave and it took them about a month and a week to ship other then that is ok. the body is a raw product, it need to be clear coated or painted if you want to and since is a raw product it has some minor thing that would be taken care of with the sanding and the coating, i think that im going to leave it like that, as you would have to be about 6-8 inches away from the body to even notice that, or even closer.
the fitting seems ok, ill be posting in this thread the progress of it, im hopping that by next week ill have the rest of the parts (chain kit, stands, and the replacement of the antidraft) to just finish the bike. if you have more questions just ask.

REMEMBER THAT IS CARBON FIBER AND THAT IS HAND MADE fitting is not always perfect and i know because half of my car is Carbon fiber too(hood, fenders, trunk, Seats and some other minor stuff). here are some pics.
