how did they catch you...helicopter?

No i had slowed down and was on a different road. I look behind me a ways and bam there comeing like a bat out of hell. I had 2 stop signs before the expressway and i didnt feel like blowing them since they are very busy streets.

Its my fault i should not have been going as fast as i was on that road. You have to keep it to the expressways if your gonna speed like that. Then you just get off and your gone

200 bucks to get it out of impound and 240 for the ticket and 6 points. Thats if i plead gulity and we all know thats not gonna happen. Im very confident in my lawer. They did things i dont think they are allowed to do.

Like for instance they grabbed my wallet out of my back pocket without asking me if they could. I complied 100% with what they said and was not resisting at all. The one cop just walks up and take its i was like wtf ?

They were very rude as well. Screaming at me " your bike is gone your bike is gone" over and over again. Then they procided to ask me questions with there sirens on and i couldnt hear what he was saying so i kept asking him to repet himself. He then yelled at me saying " what are you deff !!! "

Oh and i will never forget he gets out of his car and says ----- Next time you should run and i dont give a shit if you end up killing yourself trying to get away

Yes sir gotta love men in blue :no

I'm gonna take a shot in the dark here and say that was in Adams County? :yesnod

Yep it was Adams County.

DA's response to police officer that use the method on "pacing" -

When an office uses the method they have to count or use a computer to calculate you from one point to another. If the officer is counting it is subject to human error. If the officer is using a computer to calculate your speed it is also subject to human error unless the officer is right at the points when you are to push a button. The officer has to push a button when you pass point A and then again when you pass point B, this is also know a Vascar (sp?). Not a lot of departments use this due to the human error involved. The court has to prove with out a doubt that you were speeding. All you need to do is instill doubt in the case.

Just remember every court is different and everyone, including me, is just sharing his or her personal experience. I would just go in there and dress nice and talk to the DA if you have one.

good luck!!

No offense Soudry but, you're breaking 100. Freely and willfully. Take your licks and lick your wounds and learn from it. Who got you? Local or Troopers?

pacing someone don't mean shit. If he didnt get it on radar you should be able to slip your way out of that one. I had a similar experience in a mustang like this and the judge just laughed as he threw it out.

if your as unlucky as i was,,your screwed,
heres my story, Charleston SC, like 4 years ago, cruisin with some friends, see blue lights flashing, i was the only one with a license plate, the other two jet, i should have, but i figured the cop had my tag# and they would just get me at my house, so i pull over, he says he paced me doing 118 in a 60, i was like bull shit, i go to court, in my Air Force service uniform, and the cop is there,,he explains to the judge how he paced me in a unmarked ss comaro, and i was like how can that be proved,,let me tell you, ever watched COPS? when the cop pulled out the video tape as he was pacing me, it showed how fast we were going. lets just say,,$300 ticket and 6 points, had to sell my bike cause i couldnt afford the insurance. obviously this guy didnt give a shit i was serving my country,,must have been a democrat. now i got my 2006 R1, and only pay 200 dollars a year for full coverage,,good luck,,definitley get a lawyer

oh,,the other 2 guys were on cbr 600 f4i, and duc 748,,i know for a fact i could have blown the doors off of the duc. took 4 years to get my 6 points back. like i said,,get a lawyer, the lawyer bil will be alot cheaper, just add up the increase in insurance over a 4 year span and compare that to a lawyer bill. i would take the lawyer bill

Sorry about your ticket but at least you didn't get it here in Oregon.
$1100.00 fine, 90 day suspension, and a felony. Good luck with the out come.
