Check level of oil. If it’s too high it can come out crank case breather. Also make sure the breather hose isn’t kinked.
Blow by can also cause this. How many miles and were you ripping on it high rpm right before this happened?

 

It does have 37k on it I mean it’s a older bike and no not rlly ripping it to to hard consider it was hesitating also where is the breather hose located

 

It’s bigger hose on top of engine behind cyl to the air box if I remember correctly?

 

The hose didn’t seem kinked at all

 

It´s not uncommon to have some oil in the airbox since that´s where evaporated oil will be routed to by design through that breather hose, just as excess oil will be.
Did you happen to fill up some oil recently? Or was the bike tipped over onto the side?

In any case i would clean it and monitor if it happens again since it´s quite a bit of oil there.

 

I haven’t rode it but maybe half a mile since last oil change been a while since I got to ride though bc I work alot

 

Any idea on why it could be stuttering

 

Also throttle sticks for a split second when I blip the throttle and rpms are jumpy at idle backfires as well

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

You have 37k miles so when were the valves checked and spark plugs changed?

 

Previous owner claimed to have had the valves checked and I was planning on doing a spark plug change here soon just didn’t know if that group of symptoms would help pinpoint a exact problem

 

I was told getting the valves done was a very expensive job so was hoping I don’t need to do that just yet

 

Maintenance is maintenance no matter what the costs are. You own a high tech sport bike. All of these type bikes make a lot of Hp. That said keeping them maintained will make them last a long time. I’ve put Almost 200,000 on a Gsxr 1000 and my 17 R1M is at 40,000.

 

The main problem I’m facing is all the shops I’ve been in contact with around me won’t touch a bike that’s more than 10 yrs old

 

I understand the motorcycle repair industry has never been that great and as far as right now in my area I’d say much worse than before.

 

Would anyone know of a shop at least remotely close to Beaumont Texas where I can get the work done

 

Anybody happen to have access to a manual that can help me do my own maintenance on the bike I have a owners manual for for some things like the valves it doesn’t say anything about beside bring to a dealer

 

It states it’s a service manual but it’s unlike any other service manual I’ve owned it states specs of some things but others it just says bring to dealer instead of a written out step by step procedure on how to perform the task at hand
