Did you not inspect or test ride before purchase? If you're seriously going to lawyer up, I don't think you have a chance in hell if you didn't do your due diligence.

I was not able to inspect prior to purchase due to long distance, but the seller assured me there were no issues. What would be my options for repair? what are these codes?

 

Idk off the top of my head. The shop manual is on the forums for reference though. I'm willing to bet a couple are sensors just based off the symptoms you listed. No idea on repair cost

What do you mean by struggles accelerating below 4K ?? I know they can be a bit weak at the lower rpms but they shouldn’t struggle by no means. I’d take it and have it looked at depending on what this vibration noise is??

 

Struggling by stuttering alot like the engine is working extremely hard and vibrating alot. Above 4k rpm its fine and has alot of power. I noticed in the diag the throttle goes from 15-97 and its supposed to be 16-99. Would this cause my issues? Also the idle is very rough bouncing up and down from 1250 to 1000.

 

I just cleared all my codes and they have not returned...hoping it stays that way. Currently thinking my issues would be fixed with syncing throttle bodies, but the struggle under 4k rpm has me worried.
