Subscribing :sneaky but still not quite sold on either of the first 2 posted. I liked the 2 brothers for the 04 - 06 and I am interested in seeing what they do for 07 :dunno

 

I just heard that there will be a fully system too... but waiting for the details.

There will be a little more to this one with the 02 sensor this year?

I'm not a fan of error codes so I want to make sure someone has done there homework for the ex-up and 02 sensor.

I talked to a 2 brothers rep at the dealership when I bought my R1 and he said that they weren't offering a full exhaust. Don't know if that true but when I looked at the catalog all they had was the cans for $800, discount would'a made it $720.

 

I got the two brothers slip on and they sound awesome but still using the stock cat. want to add the akro universal....anyone do that yet? cant weld so i cant gut the stock one and my boy is closing his shop. so i'm assed out like fat chicks in bikinis...akro?

cut the b.s akro is lauching there product in jan-feb! the system u liked to is for 04-06 models!

 

And then there´s that Devil slip-on. Graves told their full system should be out now, but i don´t see it on their website yet :dunno

I want Carbon Fiber slip-ons this time around....had an Arata Ti on my 02 but would like DB killer inserts for certain rides.

So far I'm leaning towards Akra's in Carbon

will the carbon fiber reduce the heat when riding?

 

Some people post up that there is a heat issue with the seat, but I have never had this issue at all. IMO the heat issue is the cat and the left side of the motor. So far the 07 seems to run a little cooler from what I can tell.

I would not worry about the heat issue on the seat at all.

Wow those can's look thick from the side. Bet they sound the same as the 04-06 though. Is there a PCIII for the 07 yet?

Akra did have their 2007 R1 exhaust at the Yamaha Superbike testing in Oct. at Daytona. :thumbup

 

I know akro's product was on the Daytona tire test bike because i was there....yet the picture of the exhaust In2Deep posted is for 2004-06 R1...I also personally called akro an they told me they should hit the US between Jan & Feb an the only people who have the exhaust for the 07 are race teams/Yamaha

 

the carbon end caps on the akro's are sick!!!

 

i hope that the boz bros makes the exhaust for the 07 also...
