The clutch spring free length should be 43.80mm/1.72in and the limit is 41.61mm/1.64in

Clutch spring bolt torque is 10nm (1.0m-kgf/7.2ft/lb) according to the manual.

 

Thanks in advance i am going have to install graves clutch kit with some Barnetts Springs

 

For the record I used barnet spring part number 501-50-06053 on my 2011 r1 works just fine. Barnnett springs cost around 25.00 compared to 100 for YEC springs.
