So I just purchased a set of lightech adjusters for my bike. In the instructions it calls for you to not reuse the stock washer and to torque the axle nut to 100n-m, which is like 74 lb-ft
My R1 manual calls for 190n-m or 140 lb-ft. I am very confused as I have been researching this all day and gotten various answers. And lightec is nearly impossible to reach.
Any info or the correct torque would be welcome.

I finally got a hold of lightech, they say nothing over 100n-m or you could damage or potentially crack the adjusters. They are made out of very high quality BUT lightweight aluminum. So for piece of mind I ordered a Titanium predrilled axle nut so I can safety wire it. But lightech has tested these thoroughly at that torque setting, I would hate to ruin a set of 300 dollar adjusters because I didn't follow there instructions. Thanks for reply though bud.

Meh. I don’t read instructions lol. I have them on my 16 and I use the stock washer and torque to spec (137). 🤷‍♂️ Never had a problem. Btw, these things make life way easier if your swapping tires a bunch.
