If you know what it's worth stock, there's your answer. Aftermarket parts aren't worth anything on trade-in. Best to put the bike back to stock and sell all the extras separately.

IF you have some really high end parts you may get pennies on the dollar for them. For your list it will be stock price

 

Besides the exhaust the other items really don't add value to the bike. Put it back to stock and sell it, you'll get way more on the street than what you will for trade in.

 

I guess value is unique to each individual buyer, because I personally would devalue the bike below stock based on the swingarm extensions and the lowering alone.

Almost bought a TL 1000R but passed because it was lowered/extended. /Still want a TL, but couldn't bring myself to buy it.
