I am getting my R1 flashed and wanted to know what is the best plug to use. I was figuring the ngk laser iridiums, but wanted to see if anyone has any useful information. thank you and blessings to everyone for the help.

Don't think plug would change just for a flash . Even if you have lots of add ons or mods short of a turbo or what not I've learned that when it comes to items like plugs and such oem is usually best . Some pretty smart engineering goes into these 450 pound 200+ hp machines . Like my clutch cover calls for loctite on only one bolt. I'm thinking wtf . Then I think it's prob because they've put tens of thousands of miles testing these bikes and may have found that particular bolt due to whatever reason backs itself out. So I've learned to trust oem way more then I used to . Long answer but...
