Well like the title says my blinkers are flashing like flashers both at the same time? The other day i let my buddy ride my bike and he brings it back with the blinkers and the horn not working. Well the fuse was blown so i changed it, now the horn works but the blinkers do that weird crap now. Can any one help me with this? Is there flasher or relay bad or something
