I´d start with pads and a billet master... oem pads leave much to be desired of.

 

Which pads do you recommend ? EBC HH ? Or there are better ? I want soft ones, so I dont wear the rotors too much.

what´s the intended use? personally never used EBC. Only used vesrah rjl for street and now using brembo z04 which I´m in love with.

 

Would you prefer the Z04 for street or track only? Need to upgrade

I run an RCS19 master and ebc HH pads and i've been very happy. get very minor fade but the feel is more what i was after.

 

Start with pads, and then if you are still not satisfied, look into the m/c options.

 

I've found the stock brakes to be very good with a pad change to Vesrah XXL from Superbike unlimited. Literally transformed the braking ability of the stock set up.

 

I run these pads as well but I added the Brembo RCS19 master. This was a large improvement from stock. Money well spent.

My winter project will be new Brembo Calipers and Gafler wave rotors also using the Vesrah pads.

 

Also, I've experienced zero fade and they seem to work better the harder I push them.

 

My .02:

EBC HH pads are great if you ride street and do and occasional trackday. I ran the HH's on my 07 when I had it and liked the linear feel they give to the brakes. I also ran the Motul brake fluid since I did the occasional trackday, otherwise just use a DOT 4.0 fluid for street.

Also front braided steel brake lines are a highly recommended mod, as I'm sure you already know.

After that, then it's swapping out the master cylinder like others mentioned.

 

I found brake feel improved alot with upgraded lines and a fluid change. Ive got some Vesrahs on the way as well but for now there is plenty of feel and feedback with the new lines on stock pads.
