Your 23 R1 is EXACTLY the same as the 20-22 R1. So to answer your question. Yes, it will work.

Oh and just to be sure you know... those are NOT carbon fiber. They are ABS plastic that is most likely wrapped or dipped to LOOK like carbon fiber.

 

Monster fairings are Chinese fairings, hydro dipped carbon look. They don't look good at all in person!
