I was thinking of ordering a set of Black Intuitive Frame Sliders from them and wasn't sure the quality of service. Has anyone bought anything from them?? My only real concern is the fact that when you go to the page to place a order it isn't secured :( I called the guy and he says it is HTML-S meaning secured...I tried to order from him, but he said it's easier for them for me to order offt he internet...anyone help.??

Frank is a great guy. you won't be sorry you bought from cyclemall.

one thought though. take a look at the Shogun sliders.

frank talked me into trying them. claims better build quality and harware. didn't hurt that the price was really good.

You certainly won't regret doing business with Cyclemall. Very professional service. Frank is a straight-shooter and won't BS you to get your business. He can beat most prices though and will work with you most of the time. He also has a fleet of tricked out bikes so his knowledge of a lot of the products he sells isn't limited to company ads. No offense to any unhappy customers, but I take any complaints I read about Cyclemall with a grain of salt.

I only ordered from them once and they charged me a handling fee for putting velocity stacks and a fender eliminator in a box :( 2.2% if I remember right. I dont know of they still do that though

I have dealth with Frank several times and willingly spent thousands of dollars at cyclemall.net. Always received great customer service and prompt delivery. Joe, who is also a member and a racer on the forum, is also very helpful.

True. The shipping charges are clearly stated on the site though. There are no surprises there as there was with another vendor I dealt with. Do the math before you let that turn you off because even at that shipping rate, they still came out cheaper than other vendors I was considering and even if it cost me a few extra dollars I'd pay it because the service is hard to beat. The best prices rarely grant the best service. There are a couple of vendors out there with low prices that seem great and treat you like a king until they get your credit card number. Before you give it to them, start asking a bunch of general questions. Sadly, all too many don't know as much as they should know about the product they are selling and know even less about the R1.
