I removed my ignition on my 09 and attempted to install a toggle switch since its track only. The power turns on and but the bike wont actually start. Error code 19 displays in the dash, and I have checked everything for loose wires, the side stand switch and checked all the fuses and connections to the ecu, and still no luck. My friend did the same mod and his works fine, and he's looked at mine and cant figure it out either. I even tried touching the wires back together with the original wires on the ignition but that didn't work either.
Another thing too, the bike is neutral when I tried to start it, but I put it in gear and the neutral light is still on? Please don't tell me I fried my ecu...
