anybody who could help resolve this with me would be appreciated. a phone call or email to this guy may make him see he doesnt want to rip a forum member off. he goes by dynor1 here.

he bought my plastics from me and i sent them to him in good faith. he supposedly sent the first payment that never arrived. he canceled it and couldnt send it back again because he said he didnt have the funds. well afetr going back and forth he agreed he could send $200 out of the $500 he owed me. well here it is 3.5 weeks later and dont you know nothing yet. he wont return calls when he says he will and he gaurantees me $ on a certain day that never gets sent. im really pissed about this and im trying to save myself a trip to miami to resolve this.

anybody would be pissed this was happening to them and i know i would help someone else so im hoping someone will help me out. thanks and here is some info on this guy.

Damn Champs, it seems as if you are having a hard time selling items on the forum. It really sucks because you seem to be an honest and standup guy!
If I were you, I'd stop having "faith" when it comes to collecting your money. It sucks to be that way sometimes, but how much shit is a person expected to take.....

you are right but im only like that with people i have dealt with before. i just ask that maybe somebody can help pursuede this guy...otherwise i will be meeting some miami forum members on my stay down there. its not the $ its the principle and im just not someone that will forget. i will stand up for this but just have so much too lose unlike someone that wants to lie to me.

What's the dude's screen name? Maybe you could talk to some of the peeps in the Southern (Venon) R1 Squardron. If someone there doesn't know him, they probably live near him.

I would just file a complaint if he was paying you through paypal they wil shut him down and he cannot recieve cash either it will go strait to you if he tries using paypal. That is only if he was going to paypal the money to you.I never ship anything till I got my funds. I never buy anything till I speak with them on the phone first always got to cover your azz.Its not your faut but it realy sucks you just cant trust anyone now days:fact he needs a good :bash in his teeth. That would give me satisfaction I would fly down and suprise him at home I am sure you have his address:finger

I am sending a few PM's to some local members. I am not familiar with him, but let me see what I can drum up for you.

DynoR1 and I have spoken many times in the past at local meets around miami. I have seen the new plastics and they were already on the bike as well. Hell, he even went as far as telling he got them from a fellow forum member.
What he did talk about was the actually transaction.
I have not seen him lately but that is due to me not going out much.
If and when I see him, I will ask but understand that I can not force him to do anything he does not want to do.
And who knows, he could have gotten hurt or something worst. You just dont know. Like I said, when and if I see him I will inquire.

i wrote him an email inquiring. the email read....

YO. wasuup. I dont know you, but you belong to the R1 Forum board. What happened to the money you owe a member for some plastics? Just inquiring to avoid legal matters between you and that person...

why would you send him the plastics without getting the money first??? would any ebayer send out an item without payment? hope you collect soon... most likely he's enjoying them and not going to shell out $500.

well, we talked many times and i trusted him because he bought my frame and some other parts and i never had a problem with money first.

the reason you havent seen him is he got arrested for either street racing or excessive speed. whatever it was it was enough for the helicopters to get him doing it.

i appreciate the help from those willing. i believe it may make a difference. i just go so far out my way to make sure someone is happy and try to work with them. i knew he needed these plastics so i tried to help him out.

a pm might not be the best thing to send him because when he gets online it may not be on the forum. the more emails he gets from people the better. i didnt even ask for all the $ even though i should have...just told him send me something so i know you arent tying to rip me. he agreed for $200 out of the $500 and i havent received that. i have waited a long time to post this as not to spoil anybodies reputation but this has gone too far.

he told me i could file charges with the miami police and i told him i dont use the police for that purpose. unfortunately i deal with people in other ways.

you trusted someone you shouldn't have. friendship is friendship, and business is business. I never extend myself into such a position that I still don't have leverage to get things to how I want them.

sucks that you had to learn this lesson in such a manner.

I'm sorry that this has gone unresolved for so long already. I hope everything works out for you. Hearing about these types of transactions really leaves a bad flavor regarding some bad apples in this forum.

I hope the locals over there can help you out so this ends fairly for all parties. If anyone needs help dealing with someone in SoCal (especially is LA) - let me know. I still have some friends that works in sales/services that can be quite convincing.

sorry about the fraud, hope it gets resolved, id suggest seeking legal advice and what you can do to resolve this legally.

thanks for sharing, i guess the lesson i learn from this is use escrow.com for every trade! no matter how good the history.

sucks we have to resort to this kind of business even from people who you've done good business with and started to trust.

one thing i absolute believe in and seen come true over and over, what comes round, goes round... life'll take care of it for you, even if you think you lost, you really didnt.

thanks for the support guys...and girls(Liz)

that would be great if your ex husband would do that. freddie make it very clear the last thing he needed was any attention from any police officers. ive got plenty of buddies up here that could handle this for me in the same manner but unfortunately this isnt anywhere close to me.

cyberena, you are right. what goes around, comes around and believe me when people ask for help in the future that help me i will be there. i have especially taken note of those who have sent a email to this guy.
