Is my motor toast?

So after replacing the entire clutch basket and water/oil pump + pipes, I rode my bike for about 8miles, maybe hitting 10k rpm one time. I stop at a gas station and my battery dies on me. Had to clutch start the bike and on the way home I hear an awful knocking noise on acceleration and deceleration. I keep the rpms below 5k until I make it home. Sounded almost like and exhaust leak I still had plenty of power. Started the motor the next day and this is what it sounds like:
I tried seeing if the sound changed when pulling in the clutch. No difference. As the bike warms up the sounds get worse and worse and Im sure if I got back up to 200F again I would hear that awful knocking sound.
I drained the oil and then basically I gave up after seeing what came out. I dont feel like pulling the motor apart again but the oil came out dark brown with a metallic flake to it. Pretty sure that means I lost a cylinder right?
At this point my bike has been nothing but problems to me and In willing to sell it for less than a 1/3rd of what Ive put into it. So sad to see all my hard work show for nothing. Probably wont ever get a Yamaha again because Ive had two Honda's that never had an issue. Maybe I just got the wrong Yamaha but my experience is ruined now. Maybe its a sign from God to stop messing with bikes xD.

The valve geometry is bad on the 5 valves IIRC and they are prone to drop valves.

The flat plane 4 valves (07-08) can have problems with the guides on #4. They also have a 2 piece riveted clutch boss that can break.

Cross plane has the same clutch boss.

Nothing is perfect.

Oh damn, yeah dont start that engine again. That really sucks dude, my 04 spun a bearing and sounded similar to yours, a little deeper sound but similar.
Not to be a vulture, but if you are going to sell it, what would you be looking to get?

Considering Ive put over 2k in new parts in this bike. Id like to get at least 2500. I know its a lot to ask for such a POS but literally all you need is a new motor. I got a quote from my mechanic for $1800 so theoretically you can get this bike up and running again for around 5k all in. Which sounds like alot but I have to believe the bike would run for a long time after.

Listening to the video and looking at the oil video you posted. Its probably a bearing, my 05 made similar sounds when it spun a bearing. Don't remember what the oil looked like when that happened. I ended up pulling the engine out and replacing the crank, a rod and the bearings. At this point you either need to think about pulling it apart and having it checked and rebuilt, or finding a replacement engine for it. That's assuming that it is a bearing. Sure there are other possibilities that it could be as well. But you won't know until you start pulling things off and checking.

Do a search on here and even on Google. This is a common problem. Happened to me when I was at Laguna Seca for a track day. I got done with my session pulled off my helmet and ear plugs then I could hear the tapping sound. I ended up just changing out my engine verses paying a shop to test out every little thing to find the problem. I heard its the cam or valve tensioner. Common for this model year.
On the track and everywhere I had no indication that anything was wrong. Power was still the same as it had been in the morning sessions. The only time I noticed it was when I took off my helmet and earplugs. (I still have that engine in my garage. lol)
