Im going to a trackday in the beginning of June and I want to have my own leathers. I have been in the past on my R6 and used the rentals but they were :bash so I need to order some soon. Im looking at NewEnough and trying to spend around $500. They have a couple specials going on, but overall I can get a few different 2pc Suits for that price from FirstGear, Teknic and Alpine Stars.

FirstGear I can get the Speed Freak jacket and Pilot pants as a set
Teknic I can get a Lightning or Violator jacket with Sport or Chicane pants
and A-stars I can get a TZ-1 jacket with Track pants (about $100 more then I want to spend)

Best advice I can give you... get the best quality suit you can... even if you have to spend a little more then you wanted. There are a lot of comfort options on the higher end suits that are not on the lower end suits.

What size are you? I am considering to sell my SPIDI RS Pro 2pc in order to get a 1pc.

Better armor, triple stiching, thicker leather, extra leather in critical areas, kevlar stretch panels, removable liner, better zippers, etc., etc.

I scored huge at Bikeweek daytona. Walked into the Tecknic tent and picked up a brand new 2 piece for $175, bought gloves for $60, AlpineStars boots on ebay for $75, and a new HJC helmet for $70 shipped. Less than $400 for a full set of gear.
Only added expense was going to Syed today and getting a full zipper installed for $75 :)
