when removing the rear pegs is there any issue with structure or rigidity, due to the piece/crossbar that goes between the passenger pegs along the bottom of the subframe. I thought I read something in regards to it here but cant seem to find it. Had something to the affect that the crossbar(?) and to be re-installed with some spacers? Does this sound right?

Thats what I was going with. There's no weight involved so as long as it's out of your way your good. My hanger was made from left over CF from the chain guard. The lower cylendar bolt passes through it and a zip tie is around the top. I reinforced the Carbon works CF healguards with portions of the Woodcrafts as they were a little too flexible when hanging on them. Still wanted the look. Plain sheets of CF are available from different mfgrs. inexspensively and make for great detail, bracket, and reinforcing material.

Seat needs to come off, battery out, battery tray out (pull harness to the side) you will see 4 hex key bolts, take them out, remove brake fluid res for rear brake, rear pegs can now be removed. takes about 2 hours to remove and replace new part. Prick of a job...
