189 on speedo and 178 on gps on my 02 thats ll shell do with stock gearing banging off the limiter in 6th:rock .my buddy has an 01 with 9 les hp before the boxr and 2 down in the back and he went 181 on gps:finger

263 km/h (164mph) indicated , Kwinana freeway on my 98.

Only performance mod was a Arrow slip on.

How fast isn't as important as how calm you were when you went that fast

187mph on the 07 R1, The 00 R1's speedometer had to be off a good amount but it told me 213mph. Though i doubt it went that fast i can tell that the 07 handles 50X better at that speed. Gets really stable and you can change lanes by looking the way you want to go, as long as you have a helmet on, of course. Good to have on relaxing music when going that fast, the bike will take care of the rest.
