Keep the stickers. Every time you see them, it'll remind you of her and the fun you had picking the stickers out and installing them. That's what I think of when I see the sparkly shark stickers on my helmet that my son installed for me. He told me he wants to make sure drivers see me and I'm safe when I'm riding, so he thought the sparkly sharks would get their attention.

If the black on the stickers matched the fairings, it would look a lot better.

However, like said above it was for you and your girl. When you see them you will think of the fun you two had that day. If she likes em and they don't bother you, to hell with what other people think, she is all that matters.

Keep it. Just take off the gold r1 and yamaha stickers and replace them with the same color green as the monster. Bam good to go.

Keep the gold R1 decal. I'm with BurnZ on this one. Just scale it down a bit bro and it'll look sweet. Hell yeah I'm a wannabe MotoGP rider. Looks much better but it completely clashes with the gold R1 and Yamaha on the belly pan. If you want to keep it I would get rid of the gold and go with white or some other color.

 

up close its even worse, the actual color of the panels is a dark grey not black. I am thinking of doing a wrap like a 3m dinoc carbon wrap to cover the side panels and tail piece then the stickers?
