Hey guys,
This is tpayne's wife, Reagan, when Eric got his R1, he gave me his R6 (Black w/ Red flames) So basically, I got sloppy seconds. I want a new bike! I've got my eye on the new Black '05 R1. We recently moved down to SE Georgia, there is only 1 bike store around here that sells Yamahas. I want to get a good price -- don't want to get raped. So, down to the point-- Do any of you guys know where there are any dealerships in South Carolina or Florida even. We are closer to FL, but we are willing to travel.

check out honda east in toledo ohio and lake hill motors in mississippi. they both have ravens out the door for below 10,000. however, there are deposits on there bikes at both places till june! i just bought an 05 raven from a private dealer down here in florida for a good price with 1,020 miles. i got lucky. if you cant settle for any other color, then call today and put your 300 dollar deposit on one of these bikes. if you wait to long they may have deposits until.....who knows.

although if you dont need black, the red/blues are there quite frequently and are 100 dollars less, out the door....

I believe Honda East is SOLD OUT of Ravens now and they raised their prices on the blues and reds. Still under 10K but raised none the less.

yes most low price dealers are out of ravens, they are getting more in but they already have deposits on them. lake hill motors in MS is taking deposits to get one in june for sure.

My new R1

Hey guys!!!! This is Tom's Wife -- again -- I guess I should get my own listing/membership.... ....

I got my new R1 -- We drove for two hours to get it, after some serious calling around to bike shops in GA, FL, SC, VA, & NC. We finally decided on the best deal, in Jacksonville.

Here is a picture of our family... minus the husband-- our perfect Yamaha family.

-TPaynes wife here -- again (I did get my own name/membership, but I can't post or reply to posts yet... so)

I'd love to just "Donate" the R6, but unfortunately, that has to pay for part of the R1 -- Ebay baby!!

and Wow, you do have some Yamaha Fam!!!! I am impressed.
