I would add credibility to that list.. remember, you're buying something from someone or a company who you've only seen on a screen, not in real life.. I would get some references before making a first time purchase from an online vendor..

this is why ebay has the feedback feature and that's why I like buying stuff off ebay..

 

I would say page layout is important.

When i bought my frame sliders i checked kneedraggers and i think parts411. Prices were about the same, shipping was about the same, so that is what made me buy from kneedraggers. Their page is easier to navagate.
