I only just realized that half the fun for me and sportbikes is working on them and choosing the right modifications and fabbing stuff to make it look clean and fit right if it doesn't already from the supplier. I ran out of stuff to do to my last whip (04 R1) so this beautiful machine came home with me recently and I've got that lovin' feelin back again.
Lot's to do to her next year but this year I'm finishing up with forks mod... either ak-20 or revalve respring; dunno which yet, and I'll have her on the track finally. I've literally gone through one single turn on her with okay speed, but already I can tell we're gonna get along just fine
