it should be no surprise, riders like that get zero cred at the end of the day; if you really dont care about your own skin chances are he never really pushes the bike

 

those guys probably out number everyone else 30-1 over guys that wear gear, race, and ride the track combined.

i would like to say those numbers are not as accurate up here but then I very rarely go on group rides at all any more..
you're right half of the riders out there have no clue about safety, nor what can really happen to something like your damn toes..

i've only been off the bike twice on street, and both times the toe guard was shaved right down to the boot, needed replacing...
if it were not for SIDI racing boots, I would have to wear size 9's on one foot :hammer:
