And my tire pressure is factory recommended setting off the data plate. Should I still let air out?

 

Are you sure its you tire spinning and not the clutch slipping? If its revving to the sky and your not going faster it may be the clutch needs adjusting or needs some new friction plates.

Is probably your clutch. Does the tire smoke when this happens? And yes the factory setting for tire pressure is too high.

 

The tire doesn't have to smoke for it to be spinning...


But I would say it's the clutch if it's doing it through all the gears.

sound like bad friction plates to me. that is if deactivating the prm doesnt work first

It's the clutch my 08 did this had to replace clutch it's worn.

Maybe PRM is to blame for the clutch if that's the problem.

A buddy of mine had the same problem. Call Dunlop and let them know. They wanted his tires to test and sent him a brand new set. They paid for shipping and everything.

 

and ya wonder why most people think were a bunch of arrogant a-holes...the guy asked a honest question and yall pull the PRM crap on him...come on, really.....? i could see pulling it on mr toe dragger!!

Clutch is toast!

Dont seem to last long on the 07s as my friends went pretty quickly.

 

 

it is most likely your clutch.

it takes massive amounts of horsepower to spin up a ss tire.

if it isn't that, it could possibly be a chain that is overly tight. if the chain is ridiculously tight, and your weight on the suspension will make it even tighter. this could possibly load up the rear suspension so much that it could, an ever so slight chance cause you to have zero traction.

i would bet on 99% certainty it is your clutch.
