I've been there

I did spend like half a year in Melbourne a year ago and I loved it.
Had an apartment at Exhibiton street 181 (Paramount building) (pent house 16th floor) and Elisabeth street sure is nice for us bikers.
I ended up buying one piece suit lether, Arai helmet and gloves at Mick Hones (or something) and I got a realyy great deal to.

Drink a few stubbies for me guys and a happy new year.

Nope. but I sure missed it. I did see a lot when I was there. But more R6:s tha R1:s.
While driving to work I used to see one down at the gym close to the trainstation (red) nice.

A few more of my mates will be coming along on a mixture of bikes from a 916 to a VFR.

Weather forcast is for isolated early morning fog patches then a fine and sunny day with a top of 24.Sounds perfect so it should be a good day.:thumbup

Me and 3 others are meeting this sunday 12/01 10AM @ Mcdonalds Nunawading corner Springvale Rd and Whitehorse Rd.

route plan = Lilydale, Warburton, Reefton Spur, Lake Mountain, Marysville, Black Spur, Healsville (if time permit, might head to King Lake via Toorangi Forest).

ok you guys how about we meet up this sunday19th jan if the weather looks alright? maybe 1 or two meeting points either side of the city at say 10am to all meet somewhere to sit outside and have lunch or something? maybe ride down to sorrento and its outside cafes, or the hotel on beach rd at blackrock? something like that! anyway for guys on this side N.E suburbs how about we meet mobil servo 10 oclock cnr fitzsimmons lane and porter st templestowe. and you guys on the other side could maybe organise a meeting point here and post it and see who replies! p.s any suggestions where to have lunch?

 

Ride

We should head down to a pub in morninghton that overlooks the water. Then we can go to arthurs seat, flinders etc. People from the S.E suburbs can meet at Maccas in Edithvale. If someone has a better place to meet then just let us know. Lets get a few guys and girls out and make it a great day.
