Yeah, there are two long bolts going through the assembly that need to come out. It's a pretty straight forward job, just be careful you don't lose any of the little springs which keep tension on the throttle linkages.

 

Thanks! I was playing with them this morning and broke the two bolts loose and all the carbs started wiggling apart so I thought I was in the clear but those stupid springs that i believe keep tension on each carbs throttle linkage is hanging up.. It just looks like a little spring sitting in a groove with a screw underneath it for syncing them together. Do I just unscrew it or will the spring pop out and I have to put it back in when re-install? I'll figure it out eventually, I wish the manual went into details like that.

 

Loosening the screws would be a good idea, they should just pop out then if you get a small flat bladed screwdriver underneath them. Careful not to bend them.
