I'm sure everyone knows Shane and the boys at Mccoy's are good.....but I'll just add another one.

Ordered a baxley wheel chock from them and had it in 2 buisness days. Shane and Earl were very helpful throughout my first purchase with them. The chock itself is :boobies , very sturdy, secure and easy to operate. I was really impressed when I saw some vids of it in action.

Check out the "sport chock stabiility" :fact

Thanks brotha(s) :fact!!!!!

Can you put that in the bed of your truck?

:yep.....Supposed to be a breeze. Doesn't even need to be bolted down. They just say 2 straps is reccomended from the rear of the bike, to the front of the bed/trailer. Or if you are overly worried about it, cut 2X4's to brace from each side of the baxley, to the sides of the bed/trailer

When everyone was at Jennings, Jan 20th....a fellow forum member put the baxley in his truck, rolled his Duc in it, locked the baxley and jumped in the drivers seat (no straps) and went home to TN :fact

So he just left the chock in the bed of his truck, not even bolted down, and the bike unstrapped?? What happens if you hit a big bump?

:Yep he might have had it bolted down, I would say you could easily have it bolted down and undone in a few moments (if you ran the bolt up from the bottom and put the chock down and just put a washer and a nut on the threads) so if he did, it wouldn't take long.

I think it would take a big bump to throw it off balance.....from what I saw last night while using it, it would take a lot. I will still tie mine off.....but not crank it down and risk messing up the traxxion internals like I used to

Don't like the idea of drilling holes in my bed..

I prob won't be drilling any in mine either. I will leave it unbolted but still strap the front down (take the slack out of the tie downs but not crank it down) and if I feel like it needs more, i'll cut 2X4's and bbrace it to the sides of the bed. I don't think it would need that much though
