Where can I get these from in the states?

I had a little get off and my sliders need replacing. I have a new woodcraft bar/gilles tooling footpeg on order right now but I like these R&G sliders. My Intuitive held up very well but I want to run something different this time around (and I don't plan on using them them!!!)

EDIT: as far as the wait, on the MRA tinted, should be in in stock, as well as the R&G, I'd say a week from time of order if in stock :yesnod

whats it like buying stuff from the UK? Long wait?
My R&G sliders only took about 14 days or so. I had a bud who lives in the UK ring them for me to check the status of my order. I was getting a little nervous since it seemed to be taking longer than what I was told when I ordered them. It turned out that they were VERY busy at the time, the Isle of Mann race was going on at the time, so they had to work with racers and their customers. Long story short, I got the sliders and they are a work of art. (As much as sliders can be I guess.) They fit like a charm and I've no issues with them at all.

Order from their site with confidence. I'd do so again in a heartbeat.

Did you get the upper and lowers? From what i understand the "lowers" come with the clutch protector and one for the other side?
That's correct. The "lowers" include the clutch and pivot slider. Installation is cake. There is no tapping for the pivoty slider. The design is quite similar (if not identical) to the Harris sliders. I got mine from fastbikes and I got it within a few days. The service was excellent. Very professsional with good communication.

Are you asking me? If so, yeah, I ordered the full set of uppers and lowers. The lowers protect both sides of the swingarm pivot. Installation couldn't have been easier. I probably spent more time looking up the correct torque figures for the swingarm nut and the engine mount bolts than I did actually installing them, excluding cutting the hole in the fairing of course. I did that part SLOWLY and CAREFULLY and it came out PERFECTLY. The hole looks like it was made at the factory, it lines up exactly with the bolt head underneath.

The kit atleast for the 02-03's provides 4 sliders
How much was the kit containing all four sliders? Each kit for mine was about $90 or so. Total with shipping from the UK to the USA was about $195. I guess it's all the same, whether you pay more for a kit or buy each set (upper and lower) separately.

Thanks guys. I'm going to go with them because it's a part that I will NEVER see on any bikes around here. Everyone either has pro-tek, vortek, or intuitive.

I'm very happy with the testing of my intuitives though heh

I bought upper and lowers for my 05. Took about 2 weeks to get here via reg mail. About $190 from R&Gs web site. No cutting required. Easy install. Looking up torque specs was the hardest part. They look great. Have not crashed or dropped it so don't know how they will work. Seem very solid though.

That's the key when buying stuff from overseas. The exchange rates can make a big difference when pricing stuff sometimes. Glad you got a good deal. R&G seems like a top notch company that makes great stuff and takes care of the folks that buy from them. I'd buy from them again with no hesitation.
