My 2000 R1 is running fine, just had the valves adjusted after the gasket blew since I was in there anyway. The problem is that the gasket keeps blowing. This will be the third time im changing the gasket. The valves were at specs and only one exhaust valve needed slight adjust. What is causing this to keep happening?

Sounds to me like you are getting a lot of compression in the cylinder head. It can happen if there is a bad valve with bad valve guide seal.
IF you have the tools to do a leak-down test I would suggest that and see if/where you are getting excess pressure into your cylinder head from one of the cylinders.
