Going to pick it up this weekend. :rock:rock Now I'm looking to add some mods. Trying to get some ideas from other peeps from the forum. 1st is going to be to lose one teeth in the front. Then it's ideas I get from others. I'm going to add a little at a time cuzz got to pay the bills also. Thanks ahead of time.

Thanks immortal. I had +2 on the rear of my 02 and i loved it. I'll try out the -1 first and see how that goes, then if I need more torque i'll change the rear to +2. you got a lot of mods on your bike. Wish I had the money to do all that. I will add as much as my money will allow. Nice bike!

Fender eliminator, Gut the cat, PCIII, gutted the stock can's and repacked the mufflers, sliders. Love the bike!!! You are going to love that bad boy!

Thanks guys. I'm thinking of getting a different bike for the track, maybe an older model. how hard is it to gut the cat and also how much time should I be allocating to do it? I heard it's great for the heat problem.

#17 ·
Takes about ten minutes. I gutted mine with a drill and 1 1/2 inch wood drill bit. Came out really easy. An hour and a half to take the pipe off, gut it, and put it back on. Nice bike. Good luck with it.

Flemming J P, I've been riding for about 3 years now. 2nd on a R1. Do mostly city, backroads, and twisties on the mountains. Trying to save some $ to hit the tracks. All my buddies are going up in July so I think I'm going to go with them. Starting to save right now.:thumbup
