I just installed pcv and autotune. I'm still settinG the numbers. I might set my afr 13.0 for a starter and work from there.

What should the idle afr be?

I'm idling at 12.3 afr on 1200rpm.

2013 r1, Mods are Coffman exhaust and bmc filter.

I notice videos on YouTube some is idling around 14afr.
thought mine might be too low....?

Thanks in advance.

I went -7 from 500 to 1500rpm.
now it idles at 1380-1400.

Let me know what you guys think...?

also is there a way I can take out fuel at start up?
Soon it starts or when it's cranking it smells really rich(which I think is part of my start up problem. Takes awhile to start up.)

i generally set it to 13.4AFR @ idle, flashed to idle between 1380-1400rpm as above :thumbup

you do not need to waste all that gas when there's no load on the engine... no point :no

lean hear out a bit... 13.8afr i see from time to time out in the hills and thats about as lean as i like to go

Low revs including the idle use IAP mapping all the way till about 5 % throttle. The target AFR for this area should be between 14-14.5 Consider that lambda 1=14.7. As you said there is no reason to waste fuel there :thumbup
