Just curious what temperatures you ride in and what gear. I live in South Africa in Johannesburg and our winters aren’t that bad. I have been leaving in the morning at about 0 to 2 degrees Celsius. Worst I have ridden in is minus 1. Leather jacket, jersey smart work pants and long under wear.
