Simply go see them and explain if you do not pay for it to be repaired i'll take you to small claims court for a new wheel

That is the best way to do it. If they tell you buzz off then you must take them to court.

 

How bad are we talking here? Are there a few nicks or did they scratch the crap out of them? There is such a thing as normal wear and tear and then there is just plain abuse. Which is it. If it is just a nick or two get over it and buy a paint pen you are going to get a lot more nicks and scratches in the future. But If they were neglagent then yes have them re powder coat your wheels. I know a few people who have had this done.

 

Well honestly - you left - nothing you can do now. "They were scratched before you brought them in". You are talking about a 2 year old motorcycle now.

Deal with it or get them refinished and get your wheels changed else where. Make sure you check the wheels before and after bringing them somewhere.
