What speeds have you guys picked up the front wheel at. Just curious. I can pick it up 2nd gear no clutch at 85 an hold til around 115. Needs to be clutched in 3rd. dont see a reason to go mutch faster than that. Just wondering....

You probally won't beleive me (i had to see it to beleive it myself), but there's a dude who sometime ride with us who can lift his 04 R1 at 145 mph just by pulling on the bars, he could do it at 140 mph with his 03 GSX, and a goood friend of mine who's doing the same at 120 mph with his old 97 gsxr 750 (no clutch again), they both can do 150 mph on the back wheel.

I had to use the clutch in second gear to lift my 99 R6, they both easely lift any 600 in third without the clutch........:dunno :dunno

Can lift my 03 in 2nd gear @70mph. I just slightly bounce the frint end an use the rebound to help get it up. come down around 105mph. I have tried clutching in 2nd at lower speeds, but i just won't come up

how are you clutching---i have no problem lifting the front in 2nd now with the clutch.

i get to around 4k rpms and slip the clutch and roll throttle pretty quickly to around 9k rpms and let it out. Comes right up now.

I dont use a clutch at all unless I'm in 3rd. I just snap the gas in second and it stands up. To answer your question I'm about 175lbs.

I pull clutch in just enough to where clutch is slipping, throttleto about 7k and et it out. Maybe i am just afraid to f*** the clutch up.

I just snap the throttle, no clutch. Any time in first, about 75 in second, about 115 in third. Don't know about 4th yet.

Got a buddy that hoiks up a completely stock Gixxer 1000 to the balance point in 6th gear at 160 mph WITH NO CLUTCH. I've seen it with my own eyes. Looks like he's gonna rip the bars off.

I power up in 2nd at about 60mph and 3rd at about 80mph. I've ridden 3rd up to 140mph. I bounced it up in 4th at about 80 once, i thought i was in 3rd, but i've never been able to do it again....felt soo smooth. I can power up 3rd, slow it down to about 65 and speed it back up to over 100 and back down.

yea i can power 2nd at that speed/rpm but it lacks feel for me.

inconsistent i guess would be as good as any word.

But thats me, after learning the clutch i feel its easier to do and stays the same everytime now--feels very contolled and you get the added bonus of extra rpm to use making a longer wheelie to ride and make the :boobies smile alot!

what r you guys ridin your wheelies so fast for just bring them up a bit to your bp and you wont speed up much just play with the throttle to keep it at your bp and youll ride them forever im finally able to take long curves and changes lanes on one wheel its fun as hell took bout 4 days of consistent practice now its easy.. btw i clutch up in 2nd round 60mph or so.. 3rd around 80.. 4th around 110 and no need for 5th and 6th but never tried
