Hey all
Where and who do you recommend to buy good quality, excellent fitting carbon body panels for a 2010 R1?
Must also ship overseas as im in adelaide australia.
Im pretty fussy so would prefer to spend a little more to get good fitting items

Thanks!

1carbontech from eBay

MDI carbon fiber (there stuff is good quality and the fit is good but you might have to wait)

Z4 Motorsports (the figment on their stuff is good too and they usually have a lot of stuff in stock.

I have parts from all three of the companies above including Lacomoto. The only one I had fitment issues with was 1carbontech but I was amongst the few who had issues.

There is a really good thread on here somewhere on this.

If you use the search function, you should be able to find it, I think Carbonar1 started the thread, and its specifically for people who have bought carbon items to rate the service and quality of each part they got from each supplier. Might take a few minutes but if you figure out the right keywords to search for it will come up.

Or search 'Carbon Fiber Fever'. He's a guy in the U.K that make some outstanding pieces. Be forewarned, he takes a while to make his stuff and it's pretty pricey when compared to the others but... when you hold his c/f item next to any other maker you'll know why. I bought some of his ram air ducts - fitting was like OEM too.

Take a look at Carbonin. They are a quality CF and Avio Fiber fairing company. http://www.hustlehardracing.com these guys are the sole US distributers.
