Which R1 is better for stunting?

OK. I just bought a 08 R1. I can tell you for the street, it's pretty much a beast. I haven't even taken it over 100 yet, and I can tell you it's pretty strong. My previous R1s were a 2003 LE and a 05 Raven.
Now, the raven was pretty worked. Exhaust, intake and a power commander. That thing beat the streets up pretty good. And it was a great all around bike. And by that I mean, I would drag race in it, race around the twisties. But, my favorite part is rocking wheelies. Now, anyone who stunts would tell you that the R1 has a VERY high balance point, and in order to wheelie it, you would have to pretty much have it damn near vertical. And I did. I would ride wheelies all day long, but I would get very tired. I then got a Honda 954RR and I could do wheelies all day in that thing. The balance point was a lot lower. I also had a 03 GSXR1000, and that thing was pretty good for wheelies, too.
The thing is, this 08 R1 feels heavier to pick up (front tire), and feels like you have to work harder to keep the wheelie up. Is it because it's been 5 years since I've stunted a bike? Or is it because the bike is truly harder to wheelie? My 05 wasn't that hard, was it? Or is it just me getting old?

Honestly? Probably the 98-01, they're absolute beasts when it came to Torque and I've heard the BP's aren't to bad.

That kind of talk even in the Stunters Corner is generally frowned upon here though.... just FFYI and TRY to keep it off the streets. (Safety, Insurance etc etc)

When I do stunt, it's on my Navy Base's old flight line. It's a private road, closed to the public, and even closed to drivers. The only reason I stunt here is because I can.. I'm in no danger of hitting another vehicle, and I stunt at my own risk.
I really don't care what people like, or what they frown upon. Most people, I can ride cicles around on the track. I just LOVE the feeling of riding a wheelie. Blowing by 50-120 on the balance point, requiring no additional blips of gas makes me feel pretty good. So do indos, too. I never were one to care much what others think. Let them think what they want...
Also, I did hear the older R1s had a pretty low balance point. I guess the newer ones are too race-ready, so they're set up for more track, less street...

I have a 2000 and the bp is still ridickulus high. I feel like you do about wheelies. That's why I picked up a f4I. Any squid ball can rip wheelies at highway speeds. But it takes SKILLS to slow them down and do circles around a lot. R1's are set up (geometricly) to stay planted on 2 wheels. But go nuts wish I had a landing strip to rock out on.

JRB allows you to act a fool? I doubt it.

Take this stunt talk elsewhere, it gives us a bad image. Nobody needs to do 120mph wheelies on purpose. Nobody needs to "beast" the streets in public, also.
